At Crystal and Herbs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
